Terms of Service
Welcome to B & B Rentals. By accessing or using our website and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.
1. Driver Eligibility & Approval
Minimum age: 25 (30+ recommended for full passenger capacity)
Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license required
No DUI, reckless driving, or major violations in the past 5–7 years
Only approved drivers may operate the vehicle
Additional drivers must be approved prior to pickup
Identity verification required
2. Passenger & Seating Rules
Maximum passengers equals factory seatbelts
Seatbelts required at all times
No standing passengers
No seat removal or modification without written approval
No riding in cargo areas or aisles
3. Prohibited Uses — Strictly Enforced
Vehicle may NOT be used for:
Off-road or unimproved roads
Rideshare or commercial transport (Uber, Lyft, etc.)
Racing, stunts, towing, or driver training
Sub-rental or lending
Transporting illegal or hazardous materials
Snow or mountain travel without approval
International travel without written authorization
Smoking or vaping in the vehicle
Violation may result in immediate termination with no refund.
4. Insurance & Liability
Renter must carry valid auto insurance
Proof required before pickup
Renter responsible for:
Deductibles
Interior, exterior, tire, wheel, and glass damage
Optional protection plans do not cover negligence or misuse
Owner is not responsible for personal property
5. Security Deposit
$1,500 refundable deposit
Released after inspection within 48–72 hours
Deposit may be withheld for:
Damage
Smoking or pet evidence
Excessive cleaning
Late returns
Fuel violations
Policy violations
6. Fuel & Mileage
DIESEL ONLY
Return at same fuel level
Misfueling = renter pays all repair costs
300 miles per day included
Excess mileage: $0.49/mile
7. Cleaning & Interior Care
No smoking or vaping
Pets only with approval ($100+ fee)
No glitter, confetti, or body paint
Bodily fluid cleanup billed separately
Excessive cleaning starts at $100+
Salt Flats travel = $200 minimum cleaning fee
8. Mechanical & Safety
Do not ignore warning lights
Notify owner immediately for mechanical alerts
No unauthorized repairs or towing
9. Accidents, Damage & Breakdowns
Call 911 if necessary
Obtain police report
Document with photos/videos
Notify owner immediately
Unauthorized towing is not reimbursed
10. Airport Pickup & Drop-off
Only approved airport locations
Renter responsible for parking, airport fees, and citations
Late returns may incur penalties
11. Late Returns & Extensions
$50 per hour late fee
Over 3 hours late = full additional day
Extensions must be approved in advance
12. Cancellations & No-Shows
Platform cancellation rules apply
Reservation deposits are transferable but non-refundable
No-shows and early returns are not refunded
13. Geographic & Weather Restrictions
Travel limited to approved states
No snow or mountain travel without written approval
Renter assumes all weather-related risks
14. Vehicle Condition Acknowledgment
Pre-trip photos establish condition
Post-trip inspection determines final charges
15. Legal Terms
Renter indemnifies B&B Trailer Rentals DBA Utah Sprinter Rentals
Violations may terminate rental immediately
Governing law: State of Utah
